Last Call is a cover of an Elliott Smith song from his first album Roman Candle. In September 2018, Kiki Ruiz and Little Id played a set at an Elliott Smith tribute/charity show in Santa Ana, CA. Everyone who played that night was really fantastic but I really, really loved their version of Last Call. I asked if they'd be interested in putting that live version of the song on to a record. They were indeed interested but preferred to make a studio recording of the song instead. And that's what we have here. It's two amazing young artists of today covering one of my favorite artists of all time, which I think is an amazing and wonderful thing. We all hope you enjoy the song.
